PRESIDENT

Chris Hass, PE

Chris Hass is Area Manager at Contech Engineered Solutions. Chris has over 11 years of experience in developing markets, utilizing a consultative selling approach, and keen problem solving skills, that result in engineered solutions and regulatory influence. His leverages an entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills to build lasting relationships.

VICE PRESIDENT

Seth Sokol

Seth is a Surface Water Engineer at Parametrix, passionate about water resources and problem solving. At Parametrix, he is growing his technical skills in H&H modeling, PS&E delivery, project management, and business development. His core skills are in stormwater management treatment, collection, conveyance, and flow control, and he also have extensive experience in fish passage design and riverine and flood modeling and industrial stormwater treatment.

TREASURER

Teresa Huntsinger

Environmental professional with 15 years of experience in collaborative problem-solving related to water resources and urban planning. After completing a master's degree in civil/environmental engineering at Portland State University to deepen her technical expertise in sustainable stormwater management and watershed restoration, she became a Water Resources Engineer.

Jamie Feldman

Jamie Feldman is a Water Resources Engineer at Geosyntec Consultants in Portland, Oregon. Her expertise spans: stormwater modeling; surface water modeling (rivers, lakes, watersheds); source water protection planning; data analysis and management (climate and hydrologic data, water quality data, and general programming).

PAST PRESIDENT

Raymond Lipin

Raymond's chief interests lie in stormwater management, water and wastewater treatment, pollution mitigation and remediation, and water resource management. He is devoted to the notion of safeguarding and cherishing water over the coming years of global climate change and strained natural resources.
